YOUR INFORMATION · 21 OCTOBER 2026

Your details.
Your choices.

AEROLITH Audio is an independent audio-software project. We are responsible for this signup list. You can contact us at backstage@aerolithaudio.com.

What we collect and why

We use your name and email to manage your signup and send the AEROLITH product updates you choose. We record your choice, the wording you agreed to and when you signed up. We also record which signup link you used so we can organise early-interest groups and understand how people find us.

Product emails are based on your consent. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in an email. This list does not automatically subscribe you to Space 92’s artist updates or give anyone else access to your details.

Keeping and deleting your details

Unsubscribing stops product emails; it does not automatically delete your signup history. We keep signup and consent records until they are deleted, and keep a limited opt-out record to help prevent unwanted emails. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at the address above. We will explain any information we need to retain when handling your request.

Services that help us

We use Vercel to host the website, Neon to store signup records, and Resend to handle email. These services process information for us; data may be processed outside your country, including the United States, Singapore and Japan. We do not sell the signup list.

Simple measurements and protection

We count campaign-page visits and successful registrations to understand which signup channels work. These are not exact counts of unique QR scans. The registration page does not use advertising pixels or browser fingerprinting. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive submissions, and protect the contact list with owner authentication.

Your choices

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object, receive your information in a portable form, or raise a concern with your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise your rights.
